The Work We Take On
Most of the garage doors we open up in this service area were installed somewhere between 1970 and 2004, with the bulk of that stock dating to the 1980s and 90s. That matters because it tells us what we're going to find before we pull up: steel sectional doors on extension or torsion springs, openers that have been swapped once already, and tracks that have taken thirty-plus years of cold-weather expansion and contraction.
We work on broken springs, off-track doors, cable failures, worn rollers, and opener replacement. We service and replace panels on the sectional doors that dominate the 18 named areas we cover, and we deal with the hardware common to that build era - side-mounted torsion on older installs, center-mounted on the newer end of that range.
What we don't do: custom architectural doors with specialty hardware that needs a factory part on back order, and we won't tell you a repair makes sense when the door is old enough and the opener dead enough that replacement is the honest math. If your door was built before 1970, parts may not be something we can source same-day - we'll tell you that up front instead of guessing on-site.
What Happens After You Call
You call (336) 502-9469, you tell us what the door is doing - won't open, slammed shut, grinding, opener clicking and nothing happening - and we figure out from that whether it's a spring, a cable, a sensor, or an opener board. We don't pad the visit.
Our climate here runs cold-moderate, which means winter cold snaps are hard on springs and on the grease in old rollers. That's a factor we ask about on the phone, because a door that worked fine in October and seized up in January is usually telling you something about temperature, not just age.
On site, we look at the door, say what's wrong, and give you the repair before we touch anything. If the fix isn't worth it against a full door or opener swap, we say that too.
Where We Work
We're based at 1080 Piper Ln, Burlington, NC 27215, and our work runs out from there to the towns around us
Elon and Glen Raven at 3 miles, Gibsonville at 4, Graham at 5, Whitsett at 6, Haw River at 6, Swepsonville at 7, Green Level and Sedalia and Altamahaw at 8, Woodlawn and McLeansville at 10, Mebane at 11, Saxapahaw at 12, Liberty at 16, Efland at 17, and Pleasant Garden and Staley out at 18 to 20 miles.
Across that service area there are roughly 32,051 households and 16,594 owner-occupied houses
Which is the base of homes we're built to work on. The housing stock reflects what's common to the whole region - 1970s through early-2000s construction, mostly single-family, mostly sectional steel doors on standard torsion or extension hardware.

Who You Are Dealing With
We're a garage door repair outfit, not a call center routing you to a subcontractor. The median household income across the area we serve is $67,366, which tells us something about the jobs we take on - most owners here want a door fixed right at a fair price, not a sales pitch for a full replacement when a spring and a service call will do.
We don't claim years in business we can't back up, and we won't hand you a number on staff size or a truck count because that's not what decides whether your door opens tomorrow. What decides that is whether we show up, diagnose it straight, and fix what's actually broken.
If a job is outside what we do - specialty architectural hardware, parts that need a long factory lead time - we'll say so instead of taking the job and stalling you out.
